I pack and ship every order for you by hand, with love.

To keep my sanity, I do all the packing once a week. From there, it takes about a 3-4 Days if you're in the UK, or maybe two weeks to receive your package if you're in another country. So maximum 3 weeks from when you place your order to when you have it in your hands.

If I'm on tour or take a vacation that makes it take a little longer, you'll get an email that lets you know when I'll be home and packing your order. You'll also get email updates with tracking numbers and all that good stuff.

If you ever have any questions about a shipment, email me at [email protected] and I'll personally look intoyour package and get back to you. Sometimes stuff gets stuck at
your post office and I just gotta tell you it's ready and waiting for you a few blocks away. So don't hesitate to ask! 😌
